This website helps connect households with screened domestic staff. We do not guarantee placement, availability, or timelines, and offers/intros depend on screening results and operational conditions.

1) No guaranteed placement

We may introduce a household to a candidate based on information you provide and internal screening/verification steps. However, we cannot guarantee that a specific candidate will be available, matched, or accepted, and we cannot guarantee a start date or duration.

2) Matching depends on screening and conditions

Any offer or introduction depends on screening results (including compliance with applicable checks and requirements), as well as customer needs, candidate availability, and scheduling or operational limitations.

3) Responsibility for agreements

Any employment or services arrangement is formed directly between the household (employer) and the domestic worker, unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement. Our role is limited to intermediary connection and related platform services.

4) Employment intermediation

If we act as an intermediary for employment placement, job placement activities are subject to Ukrainian employment rules. Relevant legal basis: Закон України "Про зайнятість населення" № 5067-VI.

5) Consumer and distance-sale pre-contract information

To the extent we conclude requests/orders at a distance online, we provide the required pre-contract information by distance means, including seller identity and essential contract terms, with confirmations where required. Relevant legal basis: Закон України "Про захист прав споживачів" № 1023-XII and Закон України "Про електронну комерцію" № 675-VIII.

6) Personal data processing and consent

If you submit forms (including lead requests or candidate/employer inquiries), we process personal data under a lawful basis. Where consent is used, it must be voluntary and informed. Relevant legal basis: Закон України "Про захист персональних даних" № 2297-VI.

7) Cookies

We may use cookies/similar technologies. Where such technologies collect or process personal data, processing is done in accordance with personal-data requirements. Relevant legal basis: Закон України "Про захист персональних даних" № 2297-VI.
