Tamberlyn (LLC, EDRPOU registration code 58515739) provides intermediary services for staffing/placement and communicates lead information between job seekers and employers/clients, where requested. Our registered address: 45 Boryspilska St, Kyiv, 02099, Ukraine.

For distance-related communications and electronic commerce, we provide mandatory seller/service provider information in accordance with Закон України "Про електронну комерцію" № 675-VIII.

2. What the service includes (and what it does not)

We help coordinate introductions and submit requests you provide through the site. We do not guarantee outcomes such as hiring, employment, offer acceptance, interview invitations, placement, or any specific timeframe.

Any opportunities described on the site or communicated to you are not a promise of result. Employment and recruitment decisions are made by employers/clients directly.

3. Pre-contract information and contract terms

Where you request services online, we provide relevant pre-contract information and essential terms via distance means, including seller/service provider identity, in line with Закон України "Про електронну комерцію" № 675-VIII and Закон України "Про захист прав споживачів" № 1023-XII.

4. User responsibilities

• You represent that the information you submit (including contact details and job-related materials) is accurate, complete, and not misleading.
• You are responsible for having rights/permission to provide any personal data and materials you upload or describe.
• You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, infringes rights, or is harmful.

5. Legal basis for personal data processing

We process personal data for purposes related to fulfilling your request (lead generation, communication, and coordination). Where consent is used, it must be voluntary and informed. Personal data processing is conducted under Закон України "Про захист персональних даних" № 2297-VI.

To the extent our services operate as employment mediation (job placement as an intermediary), they are subject to obligations and restrictions applicable to such intermediaries under Закон України "Про зайнятість населення" № 5067-VI.

2. We may contact you using the details provided to clarify requirements and coordinate next steps.
3. If a match is appropriate, we facilitate introductions between relevant parties.
4. If the request is fulfilled or closed, we may stop further processing related to that purpose, subject to applicable retention obligations.

8. Availability and changes

We may update the site, modify or suspend features, and change these Terms to reflect legal or operational updates. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tamberlyn and its representatives are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profit or business interruption, arising from your use of the site or reliance on leads or communications.

We do not control employer/client decisions and are not responsible for hiring outcomes.

10. Intellectual property
